I'm a coach, facilitator, and people and culture advisor who helps leaders and their teams strengthen how they lead and work together as they grow.
I was part of the leadership team at the award-winning agency Metalab as it scaled from 30 to 150 people. Over eight years, I built departments, led teams, and navigated the messy, exciting realities that come with rapid growth. Most recently, I led performance at the fully remote SaaS company Float.
My approach is calm, human, and practical. I listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and focus on what moves your business forward. I know what works at your stage because I’ve been there — supporting leaders and teams inside scaling companies as they grow.
