I've spent over a decade in tech, building and leading teams through growth, change, and everything in between.

At Metalab, an award-winning design agency, I held two Director roles as the company grew from 30 to 150 people. I built the Project Management and Learning & Development functions from the ground up and shaped the systems that supported hundreds of clients, from early-stage startups to Fortune 500 companies.

At Float, a fully remote SaaS company, I led performance and manager development across global time zones—helping teams stay engaged and high-performing as they scaled.

I'm a trained facilitator who creates inclusive spaces for learning and collaboration. I hold a graduate certificate in Strategic HR from Royal Roads University and have guided hundreds of leaders through strengths-based development.

I work at the intersection of HR and leadership—on the people and culture work that often gets overlooked until it creates problems.

I love ❤️ the energy of tech. It's exciting, never stagnant, always evolving, and full of possibility. But I've also seen what happens when that energy becomes unsustainable and nobody wins. When leaders take on everything because it feels faster than delegating. When talented people leave because the culture that attracted them disappeared somewhere between 40 and 80 people.

I've lived the people challenges and I know how to guide others through them. One of my core strengths is identifying what a situation actually needs and not applying a generic approach. I can zoom in on an individual level and zoom out to see the systems at play. I help leaders make confident decisions about their teams and build cultures where people want to stay.

Most leaders already know people are essential to their business success. What's harder is having the time and focus to get it done while you're running everything else. That's where I come in.
