I work with leaders and organizations navigating growth, change, and increasing complexity, helping them build leadership capability that is grounded, human, and built to last.
Over the past 15 years, I’ve built and led teams inside growing companies, supporting leaders as their roles expanded and new demands emerged.
At Metalab, an award-winning design agency, I held two Director roles as the company scaled from 30 to 150 people. I built the Project Management and Learning & Development functions from the ground up and helped shape the systems that supported teams working with hundreds of clients, from early-stage startups to Fortune 500 companies.
At Float, a fully remote SaaS company, I led performance and manager development across global time zones, supporting leaders as the organisation grew and the complexity of the work increased.
I hold a graduate certificate in Strategic HR from Royal Roads University, with a focus on systems thinking, coaching, and change leadership.
I’m also a trained facilitator and have guided hundreds of leaders through strengths-based development.
Work that matters
I work at the intersection of leadership and organisational growth, supporting leaders and teams as responsibilities expand and complexity increases.
As organizations grow, leadership roles change quickly. Capable people are promoted, given more responsibility, and expected to operate at a higher level, often without the time or support to develop the foundational leadership skills those roles now require.
What I see most often is not a lack of talent or effort. It is leaders being asked to adapt to pressure by copying others, following generic frameworks, or pushing harder, instead of learning how to lead as themselves in a more complex environment.
When leadership development does not keep pace with growth, the impact shows up everywhere. Decision-making slows. Energy drains. Trust erodes. The very people organizations want to retain begin to struggle or disengage.
Because I have lived this work inside growing companies, I know how important it is to support leadership development early and intentionally. My approach helps leaders build core leadership capability in a way that fits who they are, strengthening how they think, decide, communicate, and lead under real-world pressure.
I am skilled at holding both perspectives at once: the individual leader navigating their role, and the systems shaping how leadership functions day to day. This allows me to guide people through change with clarity and impact.
