At Metalab, an award-winning digital product agency, I held two Director roles and sat on the leadership team during a period of rapid growth. During my eight-year tenure, I:

  • Helped scale the company from 30 to 150 people

  • Built two departments from the ground up: Project Management and Learning & Development

  • Led project delivery for teams serving clients ranging from early-stage startups to Fortune 500 companies, including Coinbase, Uber, Upwork, and Headspace

Alongside lived experience, I hold a graduate certificate in Strategic HR from Royal Roads University, with a focus on systems thinking, coaching, and change leadership.
