Strengthen how your team works together

High-performing teams know how to leverage each person's strengths.

My workshops use CliftonStrengths and Human Design to give individuals clarity on their talents and teams awareness of how to use them. You'll collaborate better, make faster decisions, and perform at a higher level.

Ways to partner

I design each workshop around your team's stage of growth and what you're trying to solve. Workshops can be delivered virtually or in person for teams of 3–25 people.

2 hour workshop

A focused session that moves the needle on a specific goal. Ideal for small teams who want quick, actionable change. Starts at $1,000.

Full-day workshop

Your team learns their individual strengths, sees how they connect, and applies that understanding to real challenges you're facing. You'll leave knowing how to leverage strengths in your day-to-day work.

Multi-session series

For teams that need ongoing support to build collaboration and embed new ways of working. Customized to your goals over 3–6 sessions.

  • Understanding

Strengths give people language to name differences without judgment. They take things less personally and communicate in ways that reduce unnecessary friction.

  • Impact

When people understand their strengths and how to use them, they become more confident. They know where they can make the biggest impact and feel clear in what they bring.

  • Performance

People stop trying to fix weaknesses and lean into their strengths. Individuals perform better, and teams leverage those strengths to drive stronger results.

  • Speed

Teams spend less time circling problems and more time moving work forward because they understand how to work together better.

  • Energy

When someone uses their strengths, work feels energizing instead of draining. The more people can align their roles with their strengths, the less burnout they will experience.

  • Retention

Managers learn how to leverage team strengths intentionally. Teams feel seen, valued, and energized by how they work together.

METALAB

Working with Amber was transformative for our organization. She introduced us to the CliftonStrengths framework, which became a catalyst for building confidence and deeper connection across our teams.

Through her thoughtful facilitation, we learned to recognize and lean into each other’s strengths—unlocking new levels of collaboration and trust. As a leader, I found this work invaluable; it offered a practical blueprint for understanding my team and inspired more meaningful feedback conversations.

I highly recommend Amber to any organization looking to cultivate stronger, more self-aware teams through intentional, strengths-based development.

Strength-based frameworks

I use Human Design and CliftonStrengths as the foundation for all team workshops. These tools are powerful entry points for understanding how people naturally operate at their best.

I introduce these tools not to assign labels, but to spark ⚡️ that moment of recognition when someone resonates with what they are hearing or reading and understands it to be a natural talent.

I’ve guided hundreds of people through strengths-based development, from early-stage startups to established teams. Through these workshops, I've seen firsthand how quickly this work deepens trust, energizes teams, and creates lasting results.

Frequently asked questions

  • Yes. Some sessions are especially powerful in person, while others translate seamlessly online. We’ll decide together what format makes the most sense for your context and goals.

  • Absolutely. Every session is tailored to your team’s stage, challenges, and priorities. That said, I’m not always starting from scratch. Many of my workshops follow proven structures that I adapt for your context, so customization stays efficient and cost-effective while still being specific to your needs.

  • Yes. I offer follow-up coaching or integration sessions if your team needs deeper support after the initial workshop. Many managers choose this option to receive ongoing guidance as they develop their teams and embed the work in day-to-day practice.

  • I’m based on Vancouver Island, BC, and available for travel for in-person sessions.

  • Assessments are part of the process. They give us a shared starting point and a common language for understanding strengths.

For CliftonStrengths, your team completes an online assessment ahead of time. For Human Design, I simply collect birth information (date, time, and place) in advance to create each person’s chart.

Both are easy to prepare for and help us make the most of our time together.
