Level Up Leadership is a private, 10-week, one-on-one leadership experience for leaders stepping into more complex roles.

Six live 1:1 coaching sessions over ten weeks, designed for the realities of growing and changing organizations.
This program follows a proven leadership development arc that supports reflection, alignment, and real-time application.
Reset
Pre-work and Session 1
Create space to think clearly.
Most leaders enter this work overloaded — reacting more than they want to and carrying pressure that isn’t fully within their control.
In this phase, you’ll learn practical ways to create mental space, distinguish what’s in your control, and stabilize how you lead under pressure.
You’ll complete a leadership self-evaluation across six core domains, alongside CliftonStrengths and Human Design assessments. In our first session, we identify where pressure is showing up most and what will make the biggest difference right now.
Realign
Sessions 2-3
Understand how you’re wired to lead.
As roles grow, many leaders drift away from how they naturally lead. Under pressure, they adopt approaches that don’t quite fit or suppress instincts that once served them well.
In this phase, we map your CliftonStrengths and Human Design insights across the six leadership domains. Together, we explore where your natural patterns support you, where friction may be self-generated, and how misalignment can show up as doubt, fatigue, or over-effort.
This phase helps you stop forcing leadership styles that don’t fit and start leading in a way that feels clearer, more confident, and more sustainable.
Reignite
Sessions 4-6
Apply aligned leadership in real time.
This phase takes a coaching-led approach.
We work with real situations as they arise — decisions you’re weighing, conversations you’re avoiding, or boundaries you need to set. Together, we design small, intentional leadership experiments so you can apply what you’re learning in your real context.
In the final session, you complete a second leadership self-evaluation. We review the shifts you’ve made and map a clear path for continued growth over the next six months.
You leave with a living leadership blueprint, evidence of progress, and behaviours you can rely on as your role continues to evolve.

In this program, we use your results to move from insight to practical application: how your strengths show up in your day-to-day leadership, where you bring the most impact, and what supports you need to keep growing.
Human Design
Human Design offers a framework for understanding energy, decision-making, and how you work most naturally. It highlights patterns in how you respond to pressure, make choices, and work optimally with others. In this program, we use Human Design as a reflective tool to support practical leadership decisions, helping you recognize what drains you, what supports you, and how to lead in ways that are more aligned and sustainable in your real work.

Outside of our sessions, you can expect to spend about 60 minutes each week moving from reflection into practice. This is where you deepen your insight and test new ways of leading in real time.

You will be given a private booking link to schedule our 1:1’s. This is to give you the autonomy you need to complete the program at your own pace and within the 10 week container.

We’ll use CliftonStrengths and Human Design to help you see your unique leadership strengths.
These tools often spark powerful moments of recognition. When you read or hear something about yourself that resonates, something inside clicks. They aren’t here to label you. They help you identify your strengths by putting language to what you’ve always known but didn’t have words for.
CliftonStrengths is a 40-minute online assessment. Human Design requires your birth information to generate your chart.
