Six live 1:1 coaching sessions over ten weeks, delivered through a strategic program rooted in tech realities and paced so you can apply your learning and see tangible shifts in how you lead.
Reset
Pre-work and Session 1
Clear the noise. Create space for honest insight.
Reset gives you the clarity and mental space you need to slow down, reflect, and understand what you need as a leader.
You’ll begin with three pieces of foundational pre-work:
→ A simple mindfulness exercise
→ A leadership self-evaluation across six core skills
→ CliftonStrengths and Human Design assessments
In the first live session, we walk through your self-evaluation together. You share what you rated, why you rated it, and what feels challenging today. This gives us a grounded starting point. It highlights your strengths and shows where the biggest opportunities for growth sit in your role.
Realign
Sessions 2-3
Understand and activate your leadership strengths.
Realign shows you how you're naturally wired to lead. I map your CliftonStrength assessment and Human Design chart to the six leadership domains from your self-evaluation.
When we meet, we explore what feels accurate for you and what feels underdeveloped. I challenge assumptions and help you see blindspots. Realign reconnects you to your natural strengths and gives you a leadership approach that reflects who you are.
Reignite
Sessions 4-6
Turn insight into action. Build new leadership behaviors.
Reignite is where your awareness turns into action! Together, we design leadership experiments in the six domains that stretch you in aligned ways. These experiments help you step out of the weeds and into a more grounded, strategic, and influential level of leadership.
In our final session, you complete a second self-evaluation. We review the shifts you created and map a clear plan for where to continue growing.
You leave with a living leadership blueprint, evidence of your progress, and a roadmap of the habits and behaviors that keep you aligned, energized, and high-impact.

Next level leader is for seasoned leaders who are feeling stretched thin, making the same decisions repeatedly, or struggling to step out of the weeds.
It's for folks who want more than generic training and are ready for high-touch coaching that draws out their natural leadership strengths. We'll work with core leadership skills, but you'll learn to apply them through your own strengths in the realities of your work. This program is for people who are open to self-reflection, experimentation, and stretching themselves in new ways.

Human Design
Created in 1987, Human Design offers a fresh lens on energy, decision-making and how you work most naturally. It’s unlike any typical workplace assessment you’ve every experienced. Human Design gives you a new language for understanding yourself. It helps explain why some things feel draining and why others flow with ease. At its core, it’s a system about aligned decision-making. It shifts you out of the mind and into the intelligence of the body, because powerful leadership draws on more than thinking alone.

Outside of our sessions, you can expect to spend about 60 minutes each week moving from reflection into practice. This is where you deepen your insight and test new ways of leading in real time.

We’ll work together to find times that fit your schedule, and you can move a session when something comes up. At the same time, the growth you’re looking for depends on steady engagement. The 10-week container gives you structure and momentum, so you’ll want enough space in your weeks to stay connected to the work and keep building on each session.
