You're good at your job.
Really good.

But somewhere along the way the expectations changed. The pressure increased.
And what used to work stopped being enough.

Now you feel it:

You’re tired.
Stressed.
And feel like an imposter.

You know you're capable of more.

You just need the space and guidance to step into the leader your role requires.

The next level of your leadership is right in front of you.

Level Up Your Leadership is a 10-week private leadership partnership for high-performing leaders ready to move from overwhelm to meaningful results.

You’ll gain clear insight, honest reflection, and steady support—so you can make confident decisions and lead at the level your role requires.

Hi! I'm Amber

For over fifteen years, I’ve built teams and developed leaders inside fast-growing digital agencies and SaaS companies.

During that time, I watched capable, talented leaders hit pressure and struggle to hold their footing as their roles demanded more of them. They were always capable. They just needed the right support to access it.

Today, I coach at the intersection of leadership development, identity work, strengths-based coaching, and self-inquiry — bringing both strategic mentorship and reflective coaching to help leaders grow into the next level of their leadership.

Leadership capacity is a business advantage

When leaders grow their capacity, organizations scale with greater speed and stability.

The leaders closest to the work — managers, senior individual contributors and directors — carry the most responsibility for turning strategy into action.

Supporting their growth strengthens the entire organization.

You already know you're capable of more.

The question is whether you're ready to lead at the level your role requires.

If that’s where you are, the next step is simple.
